How to sign up to take the NREMT in 5 EASY steps

Here I will show you how to get yourself signed up to take the NREMT in 5 easy steps!

The MOST important thing to remember is to get the ball rolling about 3 weeks before you test so that you have enough time to complete them.

STEP ONE:

- Create your NREMT account

STEP TWO:

- Complete all of the info in the Personal Account section. Your name should be the same as it appears on your driver’s license as you will need it to match when you go to take your test. If the name does not match your license exactly then you will not be allowed to test at the testing center.

STEP THREE:

- Click on Create New Application to apply to take your exam & then pay the application fee. Pay this now if you can because you will not be cleared to test until it is paid, so if you wait until later, or forget to pay it, then you will be delayed in being cleared to test.

STEP FOUR:

- When your application has been completed & verified then you will see a link that says Print ATT letter. You can find this by logging in with your username & password, go to Candidate Services, then to Application Status. Print the ATT letter in order to schedule your exam. When you print the letter, it will contain instructions on how to schedule a test. Follow these instructions to schedule your exam.

STEP FIVE:

- Call Pearson VUE to schedule your exam. (Learn more about Pearson Vue and what you should know before you show up). You will select a testing center, & a date and time to test. If you need to reschedule your exam you can do it up to 24 hours prior to your test. If it is less than 24 hours until your test you will have to make a new application & pay another application fee. If you are late for your test, you may lose your appointment, & if you miss your appointment you will not be issued a refund.

As you can see, its pretty simple to get all signed up!

DONT FORGET TO START THIS PROCESS AT LEAST 3 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR TEST.

You can do it!! Good luck!

as always,

xoxo ambie
